If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to return or exchange your items for the right specs.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the uninstalled shafts in their original protective tubing and shipping box to prevent any structural damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify that the shafts have not been cut, gripped, or tipped, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
